is a leader in the School & Sports Photography industry, serving NJ, PA, DE & MD since 1970.
Based in South Jersey, we are a small family business that is looking for someone interested in being part of our photo family.
We need someone who can multi-task, is willing to wear many hats and be a team player.
This is a seasonal business and is driven by timelines during our busiest seasons.
Play your part in our team succeeding! Our Customer Service Specialists provide premium customer service through telephone and email.
Every day is different! We answer questions about up-and-coming photo shoots, place an order for one of our parents, or solve the puzzle of the missing photo.
We are looking for upbeat, enthusiastic, and hardworking individuals to join us in giving our parents the best consumer experience.
Do you have what it takes? Are you excited to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment? Experience in giving premium customer service preferably in a retail environment is a plus.
Confidence to make your own judgments about what is right for your consumer.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and to prioritize.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8:
00am-4:
30pm, occasional overtime during our busiest seasons Salary Range:
$16-$18 per hour based upon experience and technical ability.

Reporting Skills Writing Skills Microsoft Office Skills Managing Processes Organization Analyzing Information Professionalism Problem Solving Supply Management Inventory Control Verbal Communication Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent education required 1 year of customer service experience minimum Knowledge of appropriate software including:
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets Serious inquiries only.
